Zenju Earthlyn Manuel Osho, PhD, är dharmaarvinge till Zenkei Blanche Hartman, med fullständig dharmaöverföring från Shosan Victoria Austin. År 2012 tjänstgjorde Zenju som shuso, eller huvudstudent, vid City Center under en praktikperiod ledd av den tidigare abbedissan Kiku Christina Lehnherr.

Hon har också medverkat i flera böcker, däribland Dharma, Color and Culture: Voices From Western Buddhist Teachers of Color och Hidden Lamp: Stories from Twenty-Five Centuries of Awakened Women, redigerad av Florence Caplow och Susan Moon. Zenju Earthlyn har dessutom sammanställt Seeds for a Boundless Life, en samling undervisningar av Zenkei Blanche Hartman (1926–2016).
